Specialist Porsche Workshop in Singapore Trusted By Thousands of Happy Customers

In all my years of dealing with car workshops and service advisors from Volkswagen and Audi, I can confidently say that Ernest at Avantage VAG North is the best I have come across. Honest, conscientious AND technically competent, Ernest and his team have taken care of my car ( A4 ) the past 8 years or more, consistently maintaining a high standard of service delivery each and every time. Thanks Ernest - you are an asset to Avantage VAG.

My car died at my HDB carpark. A friend recommended AVANTAGE and I contacted them. AVANTAGE arranged everything including towing service from my carpark to their workshop. Javis from AVANTAGE kept me updated on the repairs needed and was really professional. I collected the car in 2 days and the repair cost turned out to be really reasonable. I would highly recommend AVANTAGE!

I would like to commend Edmund for his excellent service and professionalism. Edmund provided a very detailed and clear explanation of the ACM package and the repair scope, ensuring that all costs, options, and benefits were laid out transparently with no ambiguity. His breakdown of the servicing package and repair costs demonstrated a high level of honesty and transparency, which gave me confidence in the recommendations provided. What stood out most was Edmund’s customer-oriented approach. He took the time to explain not just the pricing, but also the value behind the package, allowing me to make an informed decision without any pressure. His explanations were patient, structured, and easy to understand, even for technical matters.

Overall, Edmund’s excellent delivery, professionalism, and attention to customer needs reflect very positively on AVANTAGE VAG. He is knowledgeable, approachable, and clearly committed to providing quality service. I would highly recommend Edmund and his team to anyone seeking reliable and trustworthy advice for their vehicle servicing and repairs. I am very satisfied with the recommended repairs to my Audi and the quality of repairs carried out by the AVANTAGE team. Thank you!
