Specialist Škoda Workshop in Singapore Trusted By Thousands of Happy Customers
3 one-stop Škoda workshop outlets, comprehensive Škoda repair warranty, 10+ years of 5-star reviews
Super impressive. Felt like a VIP.
Customer Service: Excellent support and service. Went to replace a major component and got step-by-step WhatsApp updates. Where do you find service better than that? Super impressive. Felt like a VIP.
Technical Skill: The engineers are skilled and perform like they are going through a list of procedures for each task. They pick out issues with a well trained eye and their sales representative is technically skilled enough to give sensible advice to the point of explaining the function of each component.
Workshop: Clean. Tidy. Organised.

Well trained, happy to serve and not pushy at all.
Just upgraded the original head unit in my BMW to an android-based unit with wireless carplay. As I'm very careful about the workshop who touches my car, I finally decided to try these guys based on their reviews and the recommendation of several friends who praise them.
The unit they recommended cost a bit more than other workshops but they explained in detail that even though most android radios look the same, the main difference was in the quality of the internal components used and the one they recommended was the highest grade. Having had my fair share of cheap electronics which I regret wasting time on, I agreed to proceed.
They were very careful to take care of my leather trim and car interior, which is very important to me. After installation the unit worked flawlessly and they took time to explain how it all worked.
Special mention of Faiz who helped me through the entire process with all my questions, and the technician who worked on my car late into the night. I highly recommend this shop, the staff are well trained, happy to serve and not pushy at all.
No wonder they have so many good reviews - I'm glad to add my thumbs up too!
