These are the Terms & Conditions governing the AVANTAGE VAG WARRANTY PROGRAM. Please read them carefully.

VAG Singapore Pte Ltd, trading as AVANTAGE VAG, will replace any part we deem to be defective within the warranty validity period.

• Warranty is valid for 1 year or 15,000km from the date of invoice, unless otherwise stated.
• Warranty is valid only on the vehicle (as indicated by the vehicle chassis number) on which the part was first installed.
• Warranty is valid only for parts which are supplied and installed by VAG Singapore Pte Ltd.
• Warranty is LIMITED to genuine parts from the following APPROVED MANUFACTURERS. No part from any other manufacturer is covered by warranty.
  • Audi, Bentley, BMW, Land-Rover, Jaguar, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, SEAT, Skoda, Volkswagen, Volvo
• To qualify for a warranty claim, the vehicle must be assessed at an AVANTAGE VAG service centre and an authorised AVANTAGE VAG staff member must certify that the part in question is defective and unsuitable for further use. No assessment by an external party shall be valid.
• Warranty only covers the cost of replacements parts. Labour to install replacement parts shall be chargeable at prevailing rates.
• Warranty EXCLUDES any of the following:
  • Any part not clearly listed in an AVANTAGE VAG invoice.
  • Any part not supplied and installed by AVANTAGE VAG.
  • Any part installed more than 1 year prior to the claim date.
  • Any other defective part not covered under this warranty program, even if this part is deemed to have been damaged by a defective item covered by warranty.
  • All wear and tear parts including but not limited to wiper blades, brake pads, brake rotors, clutch, light bulbs, and tyres.
  • All services including but not limited to wheel alignment, wheel balancing, software updates and calibration of any vehicle sensor.
  • All parts which are not manufactured and branded as one of our approved manufacturers.
  • Lubricant top ups.
  • Towing charges.
  • Replacement vehicle or personal transportation costs.
  • Any damage, harm or expense incurred as a result of the defective part.
• Warranty is VOID for all parts in the entire vehicle under any of the following conditions:
  • Any warrantied part is tampered with or removed for any reason by any party other than AVANTAGE VAG.
  • A lapse of more than one year or 10,000km (whichever comes first) occurs between consecutive vehicle servicing jobs done by AVANTAGE VAG.
  • A servicing or repair job is done on the vehicle by any party other than AVANTAGE VAG.
  • The vehicle is exported, scrapped or deregistered.
  • The vehicle is misused in any way, including but not limited to commercial use for hire or reward, pace-making, time-trials, racing or any other activity not authorised in Singapore by the Land Transport Authority.
  • The vehicle is driven by an unauthorised or unlicensed person, or someone without valid motor insurance cover.
• Replacement parts are subject to availability. No compensation of any kind shall be made by AVANTAGE VAG if the vehicle is unusable while waiting for replacement parts.
• The brand and condition of replacement parts shall be determined by AVANTAGE VAG.
• Warranty is not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other benefit.
• VAG Singapore Pte Ltd reserves the right to change these terms without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
