Service was great from the start of the engagement. Email queries were professionally managed and itemised quotation was provided. Booked a slot for my major servicing and on the day itself, I was attended to immediately as scheduled. The process made it easy for me to rush back to work immediately. Service advisor contacted me before initiating on additional maintenance work and costings were provided. Kudos to the whole team, especially Faiz, Haikel, and the mechanics, who worked on my Audi. Ernest never fails to impress me with his dedication, meticulous eye to details, high standards demanded of his team and customer centered approach. This is also testament why the workshop is always packed with cars, appointments and 5 star reviews here.
Not to discount other people's experience but I would like to provide my testimonial, based my own experiences having dealt with Ernest and the team he leads. Because they really deserve me spending my time to write this long review. Despite the staggering number of cars everytime I'm there, Ernest and his team always give their absolute best to all their customers.
In my case: Ernest and Chuan were there to accommodate my vehicle urgencies on multiple occasions, even staying late after regular hours, to ensure my car is working or at least properly diagnosed and I'm well advised on what my options were. This is something I have never experienced with any other workshop. Even authorised dealerships fall short on this.
It is very hard to find a trustworthy workshop with such dedicated and skilled people whom one can trust to do a good job. Believe me, I know cos my car exigencies/failures mentioned were caused by a cheaper (car dealer's) workshop's lack of integrity and ethics but that's another story. True, they aren't the cheapest (original manufacturer parts) but I can safely say, I have come to trust their workmanship in the 1.5 years I've engaged Ernest to work on my current and previous ride and will continue to do so.

It is a big mistake not to have visited this place earlier as I was trapped in the 5 year warranty with AD. At Avantage, I just had my Q2 serviced at 120k km with major replacements such as Timing Belt with significant cost savings. Sent in 9am and collected early next day. The membership package makes a lot of sense, giving further savings. It is like paying for a service at AD with 2 free oil changes for the next 20k km. Pre service quotation was prompt and detailed with no hidden fees. Overall, business is brisk here, so I suppose it is not just me who thinks that this place is truly value for money. A leap of faith that paid off made possible by Matthew!

I went here about 3 weeks ago for 105k servicing of my Volvo car after high recommendation from a friend. I was impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the service staff, Javis. He was able to answer all my questions on the repairs recommended, as well as able to let me know which repairs are important and which repairs that are perhaps not so urgent. I've also signed up for their membership program which comes with good discounts and perks!
